“The shipping was fast and the shipping cost is the cheapest I've even seen online when purchasing hair. The transaction was smooth and the website is easy to navigate through. I will definitely be purchasing from this site often! Thank you!”

“I live in MD and hair arrived in 1 day after order was placed! That’s unheard of for shipping at $4.99 . The hair that I ordered came nice, neat, and tangled free. I am a pleased customer and will be shopping with Shop Feel Beauty again!”

“I truly appreciate the courtesy and prompt shipment of my products (less than a week from the time the order was placed. In this day and time with technology as profound as it is 5-10 days for your items to get to you is unacceptable). I will most definitely order with this establishment again.”

“I ordered 4 packs of bae locs but I found out I actually need 2 more packs cuz I have a lot of hair. The texture is nice, they are long and a little shiny, I just hope they last more than 2 weeks looking sharp . Overall happy with my order. I got a coupon with my order as well”

“The wig was to short. Incorporating the length of the wig in the product description would be helpful to the buyer,”

“Better Way To Select Color.... I like the product/hair I receive, but the color is way off, which means I am probably stuck with a product I will not use. I wish there was a better way to select the hair colors. It isn’t useful to wait until the product arrive to know if I can actually use it.”

“I won't shop there again. They have very poor customer service. My order was delayed due to being lost by UPS.They refused to send a replacement item without charging me twice. I was also told that I would get a refund when UPS returned the item to them. The item cost less than $20. When I threatened to get my credit card company involved they issued the refund.”

“The prices, coupon codes, and expedited shipping are great. However when it comes to wigs, notating the length would be helpful as some of the pictures of the wigs don’t match the actual appearance”
