“The extensions I received were not the color I was originally wanting so I will be returning them. And hopefully get some different ones.”

“Total lack of communication. Would of never known I was not receiving some of my items if it was not for my credit card sending a notification of a refund. But still had no idea what I was not going to receive. No notification of order being sent. Only way I knew was by UPS notification. So your service is extremely poor. Product was wrapped well, but did not receive 8 of the items I wanted.”

“There was no indication of amount of hair in packs. I thought 8 would be enough but that barely scratched the surface. I couldn't get in contact with anyone with th phone number offered. Express shipping not offered. I needed the hair for vacation but now there is no time to order more.”
