“I was very pleased with the service provided by Weston and Worle. The engineer you sent was very capable, very obliging and quietly got the cooker working in no time at all. If we have any problems with any of our kitchen machines I shall have no hestitation in asking your firm to fix it.”

“We had our fan oven go wrong just prior to Xmas and they went out of their way to get this repaired in time for the turkey. Their staff member who visited was well trained and had the repair completed in no time! We are really grateful for this first class service at a very busy time.”

“The fitters/installers arrived in the given time frame. Completed the induction hob installation tidily and checked all gas appliances/boiler all working before leaving site. Looks very nice in my kitchen!”

“Thank you Julia, for the quick response and repairs to my cooker located at my holiday home at Haven Burham.on Sea. Your engineer diagnosed the problem,new parts ordered, repairs carried out in a quick efficient manner, I would recommend Weston and Worle as a company for their customer service and engineers.”

“I telephoned the office on Monday 6th December because my washing machine door had come off its hinges after I had fallen against it. The engineer phoned to try and get a replacement door but Bosch had none as it is not a new machine ,but he contacted another supplier who had one. The new door was delivered and fixed by Friday lunchtime.Brilliant Customer service.”

“Excellent service from Weston and Worle Appliances (early November 2021), elderly cooker ‘stuck in auto mode’ after mains power off/on. Main oven totally inoperable. Arranged fairly prompt repair visit (7 days after initial call, very busy period) from Jeremy who arrived on time, very learned, professional, diagnosed problem, offered several alternative solutions to ‘fix’, agreed a fix, main oven now back in full function minus auto timer function. Highly recommend.”
