“Collagen seems useful, but your persistent sales pitches detract from the integrity of your company. For instance, when clicking to read the full article about preventing loss of muscle, the sales page pops up to sell me your prevention product. Now that you have my email I'm bombarded with your pitches. Don't care for it at all.”

“The first week I used one capsule per evening and had no peripheral neuropathy. The next night one capsule did not do it so I boosted it up to 2 and that hasn’t worked. Last night I took a full 3 and I still had peripheral neuropathy. Am very disappointed.”

“I wanted this to be able to use for a 500 mile pilgrimage across Spain. I am currently on this trip and don’t know if the pills would have helped since I didn’t receive them in time. I ordered about 3 weeks before my departure. One thing I would suggest is to let the customer know the shipping time. I look forward to trying them when I get back.”

Hi Stacy - I'm sorry to hear this. We are looking into this now. At the least, you will be refunded in full for any shipping charges since the package did not arrive on time. Also, our team has been focused on expanding our warehouse capabilities. Over the next few weeks, we'll have the slow-delivery issues solved! :)

“The first week using MAG R&R I wasn’t sure it was a good choice because foot cramps were worse. After reading ingredients list, I suspected it was because the pill only has 160mg magnesium & I had been taking 250mg daily. However, after a week of taking MAG, cramps have lessened & I’m sleeping better. So, will withhold final review until after bottle is finished. I desperately want this product to work.”

Hi Lydia - We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. We can always refund your order. Just say the word. But hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“Taking 1 Mag 3 D in AM and 4:30 also 1 Mg RR at night. Major level8 pain gone- but when I get up - Bad News takes me 1/2 hour to get moving. I did send you a note asking if 3 a day are enough- no reply.. I am giving this a real try- nothing else works but i wonder when it comes to the long run. Using Blue Ice best I found before bed. All this came on quick- still think it is from golf and old gout issues. Let me know about Number of Caps you suggest. Priusbob”

Hi Bob - We recently chatted on email regarding our suggestions of taking Mag 3D and Mag R&R together (I'm going to follow up on that thread to make sure we close the loop :D). You can take a full 3 capsule serving of Mag 3D in the AM, and 1-3 caps of Mag R&R at night as needed.

“Love the product helps knee pain. But the package only contains 24 servings not 30 very very inconvenient. They are slow to ship so always out. This time I got some pop up ads and I got something I never wanted. Why not put 30 days in package??????????? They didn’t call me back.”
