“It is confusing that I want a quality collagen product and this product is not cheap so I am trying it but as of yet I have gotten no feeling of relief to the knee pain”

“1st order was delayed thru USPS. I was pleased to hear to get a free order to replace the 1st order. That order was supposed to be 2 day delivery thru FEDEX. If I read correctly FEDEX transferred the order to USPS. NEEDLESS to say that order was not here in 4 days, let alone 3. I feel it is not my job to contact FEDEX if in fact there was a 2 day shipment. I suggest checking up on your shippers.”

“I am not experiencing the cramp relief that i was expecting. The product works on many nights -but the relief is very inconsistent. PLUS -It is too expensive for the number of pain-free nights I get.”

“I suffer from terrible leg and foot cramps during the night when I’m trying to sleep. I found and received the MAG R&R (muscle recovery/sleep support). I like that it does help relieve the muscle cramps but do not like how groggy it makes me the next morning. I follow the directions: take 3 capsules at bedtime, but the sleep support is too much. I have tried taking less capsules at night but then I get the cramps back again. It may work for others but not so great for me. 🫤”

“I haven’t been given a chance to see how this product works. Only taken it for 2 days and it always takes at least 2 weeks after taking a supplement for it to start showing signs of change in your body. I gave 3 stars because I’m neither happy or displeased. In the future you should only ask customers for a review at least 2 weeks after they received their order. I’ll give an update later on when I either do or don’t see any changes in my flexibility and joints.”

“I'm not sure yet if its really helping. I have used 2-pills every nite & in the morning when I stretch, I get a partial cramp in my calf. Don't know yet if I'll re-order.”

Hi Gerry! Thank you for the feedback. We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“I have had very bad leg cramps and I had not slept thru a night in years. I like cramps were so severe at times I was in tears. I had tried so many rubs, creams and pills and only ever got slight relief. The day I read the article on line for MAG R&R I decided to try one more product. This one WORKED! Some nights I sleep right thru the night. Some nights I get a cramp or two but not severe as they had been andI can handle it. I hope it will work for others as well.”
