“2 or more leg cramps woke me during first week. Increased to 4 capsules per night but still got leg cramps at least once per night about half the week. Afraid to increase dosage more. Daytime pills gave me same leg pain experienced with statin drugs which my doctor allowed me to quit due to pain.”

“Web site has lots of recommendation for nocturnal leg cramps. In 80 years, I have tried everything possible and found most things work for a few days (?placebo effect). Mag R&R for 2 weeks had no effect whatsoever. Your suggestion to try it for 1-2 months sounds like an expensive to me folly. PS. I am a physician and careful to avoid treatments with obvious side effects, i.e. prescription meds”

“I’ve never had success with Melatonin. But I decided to give Mag R & R a chance. Unfortunately, it has not helped me get to sleep or stay asleep. Perhaps I need 4 pills? It did help somewhat with muscle cramping.”

“Great customer service, but Collagen Synthesis was subpar. The powder was clumpy the day I opened the bottle. I opened my second bottle to find the same. I have been using the product anyway but after a month, I notice no change. Just to compare, I used Frog Fuel's collagen for 3 weeks and had GREAT improvement to my pain levels. Frog Fuel is just way too expensive.”
