“Web site a little confusing. Difficult if you do not want to purchase monthly. Also I purchased R and R magnesium for nighttime. The gelatin around pull is a little difficult to swallow. Seem kind of think and can stick in throat. Really love the product although. Becky Blome”

“I like the daily emails. I find them helpful in answering questions I had but had not asked yet and I like the daily recognition and support. I’d love more recipe ideas- especially for breakfast. I don’t like protein powder.”

“The Mag R&R muscle recovery & sleep support is an excellent product. It also has a muscle relaxer built in. I use three a night every night. Can’t go wrong. Little pricey, but does the job.”

“I've suffered extreme foot cramps for years the interfered with a goods night sleep. I used to take 2000mg of tylemol to sleep. Finally I've found a solution that works and is not hard on the liver. Getting a good night's sleep is vital to a happy, healthful life. Thank God for R&R!!”
