“I am very pleased with the product. It is very helpful in dealing with my serious nightly leg cramps. Recently, after opening my last bottle, I ordered six more bottles with 7 or 8 days lead time. Your information sheet said the average shipping time was 6 or 7 days. Not wanting to take a chance, I opted for the expedited shipping for $12 just to insure I got the supplements on time. After 4 days I wrote you a note asking what happened and you sent me a refund for that $12, but no other information. Unfortunately, my amplified use of the R & R ran out and I was forced to take considerably larger amounts of Mangnezium Glycinate to try and ameliorate the leg pains for 3 days, with limited success. I do acknowledge the fact that the Post Office has thrown many of us into a very bad situation, but it was a bit of a rough ride. About 10 days later my order finally arrived and later the same day, another 2 bottles appeared. It seems you did your best to try and get me a small amount of the R& R to hold me over, though there was no note to explain why the additional bottles showed up on the same day that the original order finally arrived. At any rate, I do appreciate what appears to be your attempt to help me out. Next time I will place my order when there are still two bottles left which should give you enough time to get me the R & R supplements before I run out. Also, in the future, it would be helpful if you added a note to your attempt to solve my problems by sending more additional product, so that I knew exactly what was going on. Communication is the secret weapon of successful business practices.. Many thanks. Best regards, Bill Gordean”

Hi William! I'm glad we were able to get this taken care of for you. I do see that on March 30 we sent two emails to the email address we have on file for you. Please contact help@saltwrap.com if your primary contact email has changed. In this case, it looks like your expedited order was not pulled in a timely manner, so we sent an expedited replacement bottle from a different location and refunded your shipping charges. It doesn't solve the problem of this slow delivery, but I do hope it shows we are aware and are working on finding ways to improve our shipping services. Thank you for the helpful feedback!

“This rating is not for the service I received but the product. Mag R & R. I have tried to use this product 3 different times. Not only did I not receive any relief from my leg cramps but the product woke me up. I could not sleep at all after taking this. I was in high hopes but it was not to be, kind of like snake oil and I fell for it. I can't rate the customer service yet because I'm just getting to the return phase.”

“I have tried everything for leg cramps and nothing worked until I took mag r@r it is a miracle I have not had one leg cramp since ! I never had a full nights sleep until now I’m so thankful for this product ! Thank you !”

“Okay, the supplement for leg cramps did not work, but my refund was immediately put back on my credit card and I did not have to bother with mailing it back. So try it. You have nothing to lose.”

“I have suffered from leg cramps for many years. I thought I had this under control until I had a recent surgery. They came back with a vengeance. My wife saw the advertisement from Salt Wrap and I ordered 3 bottles. The first night I took them I had no cramps at all. I continue to take 2 pills every night and the results are amazing!”

“I was amazed at how quickly the Leg and foot cramps went away when I started taking MagR&R. I have Parkinson’s and I just got to the stage where the leg and foot cramps were so severe that they would wake me up with excruciating Pain I would have to walk a while for it to go away. Now I sleep like a baby. Thank you for this product !! I won’t be without it!”
