“Excellent service. A suggestion about the product: Monin Green Mint Syrup 700 ml is a great product. We are aware that Monin also offers a variant of the same flavor: an organic mint syrup with no added colorings or preservatives. Is there any chance this product could be made available to Australian customers? (To clarify, we are not referring to Monin Mojito Mint Syrup or Monin Frosted Mint Syrup.) “We received the wrong pumps. Ordered the 1 litre pumps but received the 1.89 syrup and Fruit juice pumps instead, the delivery says 2 boxes but have only received one with 13 pumps in it”

“VERY EXPENSIVE. I wanted to order for my shop and I was asked to sign up which I did. I placed order fr wholesale purchase. Later I found that the METRO Petrol station near my shop sells at the same price (Retail price) $3.20 as that of the wholesale price of STUART ALEXANDER ($38.41/12 =$3.20). So be careful while ordering from this company. I even emailed them and they haven't respondes so far.”

“Too long from order to delivery...could not track the delivery on line...message said something went wrong at our end. I had to ring and find out what was going on....had to wait on phone for quite a while, and I feel that there was a problem with the order. Lady on phone said sometime next week. Never has taken this long for Aust. Post to deliver from past experience ordering online. Could be quality control problem.”
