When I paid, I did not get any information. After complaining, I received order confirmation. Then I told that I want to cancel my order. So many emails, etc. So now no pram, no money. “Ordered 5th October my card was charged then 2 days later I got an email saying that due to demand my item would be 15 to 20 days before delivery instead of the 5 to 7 advertised. I have spent the last few days trying to get a meaningful response to my request for a delivery date. Customer service is appalling the last response referred me to the delay email. They can’t even count to 20. 1 star is to much for this cowboy company. Keep away from them. I will be contacting my cc company tomorrow for a refund”
“I have repeatedly requested an update for my order through the contact link on their website and each time they have replied with either an update that proves false or tracking numbers that do not exist. I have no doubt that these people will trade until they have enough money and then just shut up shop or re-name. They advertise delivery of 5-7 days on the website and then tell you it’s coming from China.....they have only recently changed from ‘deal finity’ which they will undoubtedly do again. On first asking they told me that my order was in European customs and once cleared I would get contact from the delivery company. Then I got a tracking number and a link to the China post website. Surprise, surprise the number was not recognised. Then they said I was on the wrong website. Then they would check and get back to me....they didn’t. Finally I asked for a refund and they have ignored this request completely. ****ORDER FROM THESE CHARLATANS AT YOUR PERIL***”

“Do not use this company! If I could score zero stars I would.
I ordered a oral b toothbrush, then they told me there would be a delay but they would extend warranty by 6 months as compensation.
4 month later still no toothbrush, I contacted them, they ask I wait a couple more weeks.
To cut a long story short, eventually promised a refund, nothing, then the last commute location asking md to check my bank! They could not give info of refund.
Avoid at all costs.”

I then demanded my money back. they said a refund would be made within 14 days. No refund. I reported to ACTION FRAUD who say no crime committed. I will be reporting this matter again.”
“If you have paid by credit card, please issue a refund with your bank. I used Revolut and I issued a refund with VISA. They took 30 days but I got my money back.
