“The quality of the number plate and packaging was good but their communication was non existent. I needed a number plate the next day and ordered in time for the postal deadline and tried to ask if they could send it guaranteed next day. I never heard back from them after sending three emails (there is no number to call) so ordered another plate from a different company and thankfully it arrived in time.”

“Ordered 2 x Rear Plates different registrations. When they arrived 1x front 1x rear . Found an email address to inform them and after sending 2, never had a reply. Also never had a confirmation they had received my order as they state on their website until the plates arrived did I know they got the order. Had photographic evidence should they require it. I had no clue until I took delivery the company is in Guernsey and can only be contacted by e mail which they don't reply to. Never the less I will not be using them again and put it down to a bad purchase. I will buy them locally in future. Should they be interested in putting their mistake right the plate I require is a REAR PLATE Registration No P80 DDY. If they check the order It Clearly states 2 x rear Plates”
