“I’m very annoyed. I ordered front an rear plates, the rear plate arrived wrong. I emailed you TWICE and still NO response. very unhappy. other than that the front plate an delivery was fine.”

“Good quality plates and quick service. However, some mistakes were made and wrong plates sent out. Sent 2 emails before I got a reply and new plates sent out. I received someone else’s plates and had to pay £8.90 to collect them from the post office. The second parcel has now got the right plates in it.”

“The diameter of the fixings weren’t big enough so we had to also use the adhesive (supplied at extra cost). They’re also quite expensive (compared to say Halfords) albeit we accepted the higher price for convenience.”

“Ordered on a Friday and not dispatched till the following Wednesday and then received on the Thursday. Not the fastest of service out there but acceptable and plates are decent”

“Plates are good and arrived quickly but there was no fixing kit which was extra in the cost. I did send an email but so far haven’t had a reply or no fixing kit.”

“Plates arrived on time that was fine and they're ok but the trim detail I ordered was incorrect. Registrations right and in the right text. Trim colour on one was wrong. No big deal but a tad annoyed.”

“The site is easy and logical to follow with lots of options for the design of the plates. The plates are a good quality product and delivery was prompt and well packaged. There is an issue as one of the plates is not as ordered so they do not match. I've sent a polite email with photos showing the error but, as yet I have not received any communication as to any rectification of the error.”

“I wasn’t happy with the back number plate as it didn’t look anything like the template I made up. I tried to contact them via email and I left a message on their answering service saying that I wasn’t happy with the back plate. After a couple of days I hadn’t heard back from them so gave them an ultimatum to contact me or I would contact PayPal. They immediately came back with an apology and offered me a full refund which I’ve just received. So basically what I would like to say is, although they were rather slow in answering my query, they had no hesitation in resolving the issue!! Many thanks.”
