“My need was a cycling rain jacket. The Showers Pass web site does a nice job displaying their products, and placing an order went very smoothly - but when I recieved the jacket it was immediately obvious that it was too small. The customer support team did an excellent job of guiding me to another rain jacket of the right size, and getting my new order out the door. I need to point out that the customer reviews that I relied on for sizing (in addition to Showers Pass' own sizing guidelines) are not helpful as there are dozens of reviews where SP's declaration of size conflicts with the customer's narritive of size. That really should be corrected. Overall I'm pleased with Showers Pass and will be ordering other products in the future.”
“I got a Syncine coat from Showers Pass for Christmas. It was so good and such a perfect coat for running I had to buy another one just for everyday use and hiking, and really anything else. It's made me look forward to running when it's raining or snowing, the hood is huge, and it is very waterproof and warm.”

The website says items ship either that day or the next depending on when the order is placed. Mine was placed before the cut off but shipped 5 days later. Not good. I wrote the company about this, it took 3 days to respond, and I got a squishy response that didn't address my concern.”
“I have previously purchased and used the Women's Transit Pant, Trailhead Hoodie, and Men's Elite 2.1 Jacket. This time, I ordered the Women's Refuge Pant. I bike commute to work daily (15 miles/day), and the Transit Pants fit well and held up for ~4 years, working well for wind and rain protection. The Refuge Pants also fit well so far, and the additional features are nice - zip vents, pocket, suspender option, reinforced seat (Transit Pants wore out in the seat first). Altogether, the Showers Pass gear does its best given the inherent compromises between fabric weight, cost, and water resistance. If I find something with similar fit but higher durability, I'll be tempted to switch, but for many people this gear is the right choice. Further, items ship quickly and the packaging is very thoughtful - things I very much appreciate.”
“Products seem to be very nice quality, though I haven’t been out to test them in foul weather yet. The sizing is confusing however. By the size chart numbers, it lists me as a small though I’m normally a medium pant. Recommend sizing up or trying on first.”
“Overall, very good. Showers Pass has a great return policy for incorrect sizing. The pants I bought were for cycling on a road bike (not a mountain bike) and fit very well except the crotch didn’t seem to be able to accommodate legs going over the crossbar when mounting a bike. Everything else was so great I kept them anyways.”
