Their customer service chat was shifty and rude as when I asked further questions I was told "we have already resolved this issue with you" when clearly they hadn't.

Still in shock! Absolute RIP OFF fees. £4 buyer protection on a £5 dress!. And yet the seller pays nothing. PayPal charge 4% for same protection but better . Scammers who delay sending your item so the deal closes after 7 days & you have NO PROTECTION yet Shpock & the seller have your money. Disgusting illegal theft. Constant uploading problems with photos, location, listing not displaying. Regular bugs/technical issues when editing listings. No protection from bad buyers, take 2 days to reply to messages or do anything about unfair bad reviews. Can't narrow down searches, needs better search options & filters. They've just updated it but it needs to be better. They don't monitor fake & counterfeit goods unless theyre manually reported . Not sold a thing for months as your listings dont show unless you use Shpock Wallet. Prob the worst customer service as they never read, or grasp your complaint just generic replies! Surely they can see that their members are dissatisfied hence all the low reviews! Totally in denial of how bad the app is

And they are also refusing to refund the buyer's protection fee which is only a small charge but considering they didn't offer any service for it not sure why I should have to pay it! I guess if they steal a few quid off every customer they make money that way.

Terrible company. I have a successful 5 star profile but hadn't used Shpock for a year or two and decided to give it a go again recently, listing some good quality-good brand items. I was shocked to see a complete decay of the Shpock I once knew: so many scam buyers running rampant on the platform, a major overhaul to push only for delivery providing items in attempt to push out local sellers and mimic ebay, absolutely no customer service, no offers to my page to encourage promotion purchase!

Having Emailed customer services and them telling me they are aware of the problem and are working on it ! Having read reviews on here it looks like this not paying people has been going on for some Time .

Shpock restrict your account if you post designer items even if they are genuine. I have nearly £300 in my Shpock wallet from items i sold weeks ago with no problems the customer even gave me 5star reviews and they wont let me transfer to my bank. I have sent over 15 messages but customer services dont reply. Terrible service. Would never use again be careful people.

Only wish there was a mere BASIC ONLINE customer service management in place which in my eyes still seems inexistent.

SCAM AVOID Half the items listed on there are already sold however you can still buy and pay for these items, Shpock will then keep your money for as long as possible so they can profit off the interest I waited 9 days for a refund. Customer service are a waste of time and just send you copy and paste responses.

Avoid at all cost it's full of scammers I have closed my account due to the service and the company does not care
