I am buying an empty earring box for £3. Paying £2.50 for postage and you want me to pay nearly £3 for buyer protection so together it is more than the box this cant be right can i bypass the buyer protection please.
I’ve got really bad trouble with verifying my email. I’ve tired different ones and each time it tells me to email shpock which I have on different occasions and still haven’t got back to me? I’ve sent items out and can’t provide a proof of postage. Please help

You go to your profile and press connect to SMS if you are on mobile. then you type your number and get a link text message. click on the link and your account gets verified.
how did you get into contact with shpock i cannot? had seller advertised single bed i didnt know the sizes so picked up and was actually small single so didnt fit dont know where to go , any help?

terrible company, blocks my account, i have no idea why as they dont respond to my emails and didn't even tell me why it was blocked, just about sames up the company, i will have to sell on gumtree now
