Colton, we value every one of our customers. We responded to your email 30 mins after we received it and got no response from you. We even contacted you via your contact page directly on your website to make sure you received our response, and to employ you to double check your spam / junk inbox - to which we have still not received a response or confirmation from you. So, it's clear that you're not actually interested in the simple troubleshooting solution we shared with you in our emails.

“Hi Guys, The pack is very nice, Is there an option to have it as lightroom presets ? Is there a way to turn them into presets instead of taking images out from lightroom? it can really speed up the workflow.”

“I bought their Spray paints pack and it lacked the fine particles that they advertised in their promotional video. When I contacted them about this they didn't have an answer for how their product was lacking what was clearly displayed in the promotional video. I bought those packs specifically for the fine particles and details as you can see in the pictures. I was swindled”

Thanks for the feedback. How did we swindle you? It's a PNG + Animations pack and we clearly state on the product page that the PNGs are 8K resolution and the animations are 2K resolution. In that part of the video that you took a screengrab, we most likely featured the pngs.

“While I may not have had the compatible tech for using the files, I saw how great their quality of their work is compared to others in the field and offer amazing services for anyone. If I ever upgrade my tech, I’ll definitely buy more of their stuff ASAP”

“When I bought the VHS pack, I was genuinely excited because of the other reviews on the site. When I received the purchase email, the instructions were easy to read but descriptive as well. When I had trouble with the download, I made sure to contact costumer support and when I did, they were surprisingly nice and helpful. Keep up the good work!”
