“Initially tried to order via the website, but couldn't go further than my address details as I kept being told the details were incomplete although all the fields had been filled! So I phoned my order in and the customer service agent was very helpful and efficient. I ordered purple foil numbers but unfortunately the colour shown on the website and indeed on the packaging doesn't match the colour of the balloons which is really disappointing. The balloons are more pink than purple.”

We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty processing your order online – we will look into this further to see if we can re-create the issue and rectify any problems. With regard to the colour of the purple foil number balloons, we have investigated this too and whilst the manufacturer’s packaging shows the colour as ‘Cadbury’s purple’, once opened, you’re right, the colour is more pinky-purple! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As a result, we have altered the images and description on our website to reflect this.

“The balloons were excellent and you really helped us out ay short notice BUT I was disappointed there were not enough sticks for every child to have one to hold their balloon.”
