“Great service, very prompt delivery and very happy with balloons purchased. Maybe you pay a little bit more for them but would definitely use again but you know you'll get when specified.”

“Balloons good. But ribbons not so good. Green one meant to be dark, in fact it is not dark at all. Terrible colour. Service very good. Madeleine”

“Balloons arrived very well packaged although not yet inflated they look just the ticket or balloon in this case!. Service was quick and staff helpful”

“Very prompt delivery and very good price but I was a bit concerned about the quality of the balloons - a fair number seemed to burst for no apparent reason. Perhaps they were over-inflated or maybe it was the very warm day that did it (they were outside in the sun).”

“Some hiccups caused by operational problem at Parcel Force and they were unable to deliver on due date. This was quickly picked up by the company and contingency plans put into place to assist Package did arrive in time for the event via Parcel Force with back up product despatched by company by first class mail which arrived one day after event. Communication was good, text, email voicemail to keep us updated The cupcake balloon flew high within the crowds at the London Marathon helping our runners to track us along the route. Would use this company again but try to avoid last minute orders to avoid any third party(Parcel Force) failures”

“Speed of service and quality of goods was good. Colour chart could have been a little clearer - I was after something "teal", but I appreciate that teal is a difficult colour to get hold of in general and sometimes varies from a "blue" teal to a "green teal". Overall was good and competitively priced.”

“Customer service and support was amazing! Fast and efficient service (and I have to tell you, I am not an easy person to please - I have very high standards!) The only quibble would be that the colours of the balloons I chose (cream and gold) were not shown accurately in the images on line. They are still fine to use, but I would have perhaps chosen differently if I'd known the actual colours. But seriously - well done everyone! Great job.”

“I'm really happy with the product and it shipped quickly but I'm disappointed that shipping was nearly as expensive as the single balloon I bought. I would've appreciated cheaper options.”

“The sales and service experience was brilliant. Rachael was prompt to respond and very helpful with her suggestions. The only issue was the one of the silver letter balloons had a leak and it was too late to get a new one so we were left with a deflated 'M' for the night.”
