“Sadly the balloon was delivered in its packet. I think it should be highlighted more visabably that balloons are delivered with no helium. Having missed this wording the effect of the delivery was sadly overshadowed. Dissapointed.”

“The whole service was fantastic. I liked the way in which they consulted with me, over the decisions I needed to make, and even when I said that I wasn't sure, Megan suggested ideas but then reassuringly made it clear, that I didn't have to go with the first ideas that she had put forward. I also ordered too much ribbon and sticks, and so Megan also checked whether I needed everything that I had ordered. The balloons arrived very quickly, with Megan communicating all the way through, and they looked great when they arrived.”
