The whole service was fantastic. I liked the way in which they consulted with me, over the decisions I needed to make, and even when I said that I wasn't sure, Megan suggested ideas but then reassuringly made it clear, that I didn't have to go with the first ideas that she had put forward. I also ordered too much ribbon and sticks, and so Megan also checked whether I needed everything that I had ordered. The balloons arrived very quickly, with Megan communicating all the way through, and they looked great when they arrived.
