“I have been ordering from SSS for a few years. Even after several substantial orders with liquids that were shipped in regular envelopes. Not padded envelopes just plain envelopes. A couple times my packages had holes. The envelopes were so packed I am surprised that the post office took them. The shipping times are a nightmare. I never purchase anything on backorder or preorder. This last purchase made me decide to cancel my order and never shop there again. I had purchased again a pretty good amount of stuff and 2 weeks go by. I email customer service and ask about my order and they said that a couple items were out of stock and they were waiting for them to come back in. I was so irritated that I was not notified. They need to do a better job at customer service. I don't usually write reviews but I could not sit back and not say anything anymore.”
