“Excellent quality item. Staff were very helpful when we contacted them about the item being late, this was not their fault. The main courier passed it on to a 3 party for delivery as we were not Mainland UK. They the main courier were not very helpful as they didn’t know where the item was.”

“I couldn't speak highly enough of this company. The service from start to finish was excellent. I had several questions and changes to my plans but nothing was too much trouble. The product itself was terrific. My friend and I were able to install the entire balustrade in one day. Very good indeed.”

“Oak bannister rails with antique brass fittings arrived promptly after ordering. Well packaged in strong cardboard tubes for protection. All looks beautiful though haven’t attached to walls yet. Note that end caps add a little to overall length - 200cm rail plus end caps will be 206cm”

“Lovely handrail,looks great.Alas had to buy a box of 40mm screws to do the job. Screws sent were 75mm long instead of 40mm.”
