“I’m so glad I found this company. I initially ordered a hand rail from Amazon, after 2 months of notifications saying it was late, I eventually got my money back. But British. Excellent quality hand rail, delivered within the 3-8 working days as specified at the time of placing my order. All fixtures and fittings supplied, and it looks stunning.”

“Fantastic prices (cheapest I could find by a long way) and extremely well made, it puts my other stainless steel handrail to shame, this is beautifully finished without a blemish or mark on it. Well packaged to eliminate any damage in transit and delivery in 7 working days. I wish I'd discovered these people sooner.”

“They ask to write this review after ordering but not receiving. 🧐 So I’ve no idea when it wil arrive and how the product. After a long delay received the handrail. Product is from good quality. Except the screws. I had one which head felt of after screwing. And several who got doll. Missing some guideline.”

“Good quality product, Well packed and safely delivered as promised. A bit disappointed that even after sending a sketch showing the overall height as 710mm they turned out to be 700mm. this has compromised my design a bit. Also the top stem assembly into the tube upright is a very sloppy fit. I was expecting at least a push fit. I will have to use some thin brass shim on final assembly. Well you did ask for my comments. John Dawson”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. The stems are a loose fit as you did not purchase any loctite for the them. The 10mm that we are out on your sizes this is down to tolerance and parts varying. Again we are sorry for this. SimpleHandrails.co.uk

“Excellent quality and service from ordering to delivery. The help and advice was brilliant from the lady who processed my order. The quality of the glass balustrade was very impressive and looks amazing. The balustrade posts were delivered within 4 days and the glass was within 7 days. I would certainly recommend and use simple handrails again, in fact i am in the process of placing another order .”

“Still waiting for the glass to arrive,have chased it up but not had a reply yet. No one answering the phones and live chat is sporadic in answering. Maybe I’ll leave a better review when the full order is fulfilled.”

Hi Catherine, Your only on your 4th clear working day since ordering. Your glass is custom made to your bespoke requirements and is due to delivery Wednesday which is your 7th working day.
