“Delivery service and supply I couldn’t fault. Finish on the handrail itself was different than expected. Ordered to match and existing handrail, Picture on website showed a darker coloured oak.”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. There is a couple of things that I would like to bring to your attention. The oak we supply is a natural product and can vary. The product on our website has been treated with one coat of danish oil. The item you ordered stated that this was an unfinished section of oak.
