“Extremely efficient service, rapid delivery. Very accommodating after-sales team. However, it should be made clear, in the description of wooden handrails, that these are unvarnished. Suggest photos of unvarnished ones. Luckily I was told that they provide a French polishing service (this was not obvious from the site).”

Hi Sue, Thank you for your review for your lovely review. On the descriptions of the rails it is stated that they are unfinished. French polishing is something that we don't offer at all, however all rails do come finely sanded. Simplehandrails.co.uk
