Purchased twice in a week and although nothing was wrong with items or delivery, I have had 2 pending payment transactions for the amount of the largest items in my order. It left me short on cash until the pending transaction come back to me unless they take them I'm going to have to wait longer to report it. Will never order from them again as I don't want to be punished for simply purchasing an item. there are better shops online and high street that will not do this and get the same or similar items. I'll go to them in the future.

Like many people on here, Simply Be seem to be unable to divert parcels once despatched, they do not respond to email complaints, and yet their competition can, so clearly the answer is, go elsewhere.

First time ordering for my holiday - had a text to receive items had been delivered to the shop, went to collect but they had no trace of it . After several conversations on the help chat turns out it was accidentally sent back because of a faulty barcode. Have been told twice I would receive my refund by a selected day - hasn’t come, rang the customer services who said it’s going to investigate this and will be a minimum of 3-5 working days before this is even investigated and about 14 days for a full refund. Meaning NO holiday clothes and nearly £200 out of pocket. The worst online experience I’ve ever had. Will never order again from simply be. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!! Shambolic mess up which has waisted 2 weeks of my time, money and effort. Customer service is an absolute joke, I wish I had read these reviews earlier. My complaint is still not resolved as I am still waiting for my refund and £5.99 for express delivery for an item I ordered 2 weeks ago. As for an apology I was offered 10% off my next order, what an insult! Simply sh!t

I’ve had nothing but problems with the courier that simply be uses. They don’t collect when they are due to collect. They don’t deliver even when they message a time they will deliver. This is not once or twice! This has been happening to me at least 30 40 times over a couple of years now . Each time I request to simply be that they don’t use this company Hermes for my parcels . I get the same old apology and an offer of a discount code for my next purchase? This isn’t customer service or satisfaction! I don’t need apologies or bribes of discounts ! I want need and demand better service from a reputable courier company! Not rubbish unprofessional uncouth I’ll mannered uncaring people at Hermes. This is why I’m ceasing to make any more purchases at simply be, jacamo,jd williams, home essentially and all affiliates. Enough is enough. They don’t care about their customers otherwise they wouldn’t use Hermes!

Firstly I have not used my account details for months. I then receive an email saying my item would be delivered. I promptly emailed the company and said it was a mistake I had not ordered anything! Yes you have was the reply which I catergorically denied as I had not. Many emails - then courier tried to deliver which I refused to accept and did not sign for anything. I then get an email saying my item had been delivered successfully??? I hadn't touched the machine but it bore my initials??? I had not accepted the item. More emails and tracking showed it was sent back to Simply Be on the 26th June. More emails - why haven't they refunded me? Yes they had taken money from my bank account for something I had not ordered and did not accept delivery of. They will refund me when the item is back in the warehouse? Where is it if it isn't there yet? I am deeply upset by their attitude and more so the fact they still have my money for something I did not order or accept delivery of. I am 65 years old nearly with arthritis what do I need with a pair of cycling shorts 2 sizes too big for me. I will never ever use this company again. I am also sharing this review with other sites as it is a true description of the unsatisfactory service they provide.

I wanted to order an item but can't just buy it without signing up for J D Williams's Credit so sorry won't be bothering with Simply Be if they con people into signing up to goodness knows what. If there is a problem they tell you to ring them and charge you extra for that. Bad practice.

Basically being called a liar claiming a dress I returned had been worn which it most certainly hadn’t I returned with tags and they returned it back to me without tags claiming it had been worn and expecting me to pay £74 for this item absolutely shocking customer services and as mentioned it is theft on their behalf be warned stay away from this company

I must have once clicked on simplybe website and now my inbox drowning in their rubbish. I have gone through everything and cannot find how to unsubscribe. Nothing. Just one answer saying is there a problem with your account ? Never had one don’t like a single thing they sell just want to clear them out! Any ideas please?

Received unsealed goods that were damaged and not fit for purpose, returned them only to have them sent back to me saying they were not damaged and bits were missing! Awful customer service. Do not use.

Wrong item received not once but twice,completely wrong colour (black with pink logo) when ordered pink with white logo and stripes : ( tags and invoice both times said pink/white but no white to be seen and items were black with small pink logo and no adidas stripes of any colour to be seen on either item 😕

I have tried to return a parcel using the courier collection service. I cannot take it back to a drop off point due to illness & they offer a service to collect from home. 16 times I have waited in for collection. Don’t use this service. It’s diabolical!

1 star rating isn’t by choice, I’d give it a 0! High prices for low quality clothes. Customer service is a disgrace, their answers are always irrelevant to the issue at hand, no help at all! As for your monthly statement.. the service charge they take off your monthly payment is actually fraudulent.

Nobody has the correct answer!! Then you get an email that still doesn't answer your question. I'm considering putting in a complaint and if I feel that this does not get resolved then I will take it to the financial ombudsman

Good stuff would buy again. Unfortunately buying from them once seems to make them think they have licence to bombard with emails every day. Ok to buy from then send to spam to shut them up.

Simply Be have been absolutely Fantastic with me every single time. Every Item I've ordered has been Fantastic Quality and Comfortable, Perfect Sizing. Their delivery Courier Evri have kept me up to Date 100% of the time throughout delivery, I have never had any Problems with this Company at all. If I could give 10 🌟 I would! Fantastic Service and a Very Very Happy Customer 🥰

Absolutely terrible!! don't order, its not worth the aggro, currently on hold for the 3rd time, 57 minutes, this call, charging me for items I didn't purchase! Sent photos of what I kept as instructed, but still no luck. Just want to pay what is owed and not order again from them!

Do not buy anything from this shower Poor customer service I bought a swimsuit. No alternative but to open an account in order to purchase. Paid in full when bill arrived. Got sent accusatory and threatening text messages stating I owed the balance and would be referred to a credit reference agency. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable given that I had paid the balance of 23.50 pence in full . Had to send photos of my bank statements to prove. Did not accept responsibility and apportioned blame on me . Load of hassle . No decent apology . Awful customer service. Do not buy anything . I certainly will not ever deal with them again.. Poor modus operandi.

Been a customer for years, went to place an order today £2500 credit limit and my order was cancelled as was my credit limit. Checking my account it says -£1500 and zero credit. contacted online chat, useless, was told by someone called Chuma, it would be passed to accounts and someone would email me and keep checking, this is disgusting service, had no emails saying anything will change, just had the credit limit withdrawn which I guess will now impact my credit report - will be passing this onto the Financial Ombudsman
