“I had previously purchased a fish pond filter (May 2021), from AllPondSolutions.co.uk, but the O-Ring that was supposed to keep the moisture out of the electrical housing had perished. I purchased an O-Ring kit for this filter, for £14.99, but the O--Ring that I needed, was not included in the kit. :0( Consequently, I was forced to try and make a new O-Ring, but the cost of a Loctite O-Ring splicing kit is now £129.99. As a temporary measure, I managed to re-plumb the hoses to bypass the filter, to keep my fish alive, but I still needed a new O-Ring. Fortunately, Simply Bearings Group were able to come to my rescue, and could provide me with the correct 2mm Nitrile material, and the appropriate Truloc Superset 45 Cyanoacrylate Adhesive, at a reasonable price, and free delivery. :0) I found that dealing with Billie Annabeth, at Simply Bearings, was a good experience, as he was very prompt and helpful, in my time of need, and has a very good knowledge of O-Rings. Which is more than can be said for extremely unhelpful AllPondSolutions.co.uk. I can thoroughly recommend SimplyBearings, to anyone.”

“Usual excellent service from Simply Bearings, even though there was a slight hiccough on this occasion when 6.5mm ball bearings were supplied instead of the 6.35mm I ordered. However, a simple phone call solved the problem and after returning the incorrect size, the correct bearings were swiftly delivered. Partly my fault I think, because I used the Metric dimension, 6.35mm rather than 1/4 inch, but I have been living in the Metric world since about 1971!”
