“I searched for this item on the internet using the code from the manufacturer (Countax ride-on mower). When trying to install the bearings (4) I discovered the external dimensions were correct but the internal were to small! I contacted the firm to request an exchange for the correct ones. They were very defensive, telling me that they were the correct ones, if I wanted an exchange I needed to convince them the dimensions were not correct. I gave up and took the hit if the wrong bearings and bought the correct ones from another supplier. I am very disappointed with this firmnand would not recommend them to anyone.”

As discussed, the part we supplied was the correct part you checked out with. Unfortuantly some OEM parts can be modified by the original manufacturer, which makes it harder for customers to go elsewhere for replacements. We offer a 90-day exchange/refund on all of our purchases but we wanted to ensure we got the exact measurements before doing so. As discussed, I will now issue you a full refund.
