“Initial phone calls regarding replacement of narrowboat rudder bearing and housing helpful but could not resolve order requirements. Eventually took old bearing in, and after a false zero, staff successfully found the exact equivalent on the shelves, saving a lot of travelling and nuisance. Staff friendly and keen to help throughout.”

“The majority of the bearings I wanted were available and I am happy with them. One however was only offered in 'budget' form when I wanted a pair of high-quality items for gearboxes. I went elsewhere for those. I use Simply Bearings wherever possible as I have had good service over the years.”

“ordered some o ring cord & glue to replace the seal on the water butt for my caravan as the original ones are rubbish , the wife is now happy as we're not losing water as we roll it back from the tap”

“Satisfied with the prompt service but was looking for shims to go with last bearing order and was disappointed that you didn't stock such items also not entirely happy that the last order was sent with a sign for delivery which means if no one is waiting for it it will be taken back to post office and can't be picked up until the following day not good if needed asap”
