“Order got lost in the post, which was a bit inconvenient. But after contacting the support team, they arrange a resend of the order without any hassle. Additionally, the replacement parts were sent via courier service (having originally been ordered on the free postal service). Parts were received the day after being resent. Very good customer service.”
