“I was looking for various sizes of 'O' Rings for my petrol cans and other parts when I came across Simply Bearings. The site is easy to navigate and the filters on the search pages are excellent so that I can easily identify the correct items. I will certainly be using SB for bearings and other parts that I will need later.”

“my telephone enquire about fractional horsepower vee belts was efficiently answered by Chris who then helped me to select a suitable belt to try on the pulleys which are presently installed. This fitted exactly, and now I need to design the remaining part of the drive before ordering from you, the remaining belts.”

“I ordered an Imperial oil seal but the Simply Bearings assistant couldn't find the size I required so sent something else that was near but nowhere near suitable. When I rang again I was told that the size was not available so I bought it from another company who knew their Imperial sizes. Simply Bearings did give me a refund. Bit poor really.”

After listening to the call recording I can see that the issue has been caused by our associate presuming that the OD you required was a standard size. Please accept my apologies for this. “Its a good website although it doesn't include all the bearings available. Some better ones can be sourced in telephone conversations. Also its not obvious how you obtain a receipt for your purchases.”
