“Over 3 times the price of KSM bearings from elsewhere Never has there been a better example of “Shop Around”. I recently bought a KSM R14 (KLNJ7/8) 7/8” x 1-7/8” x 3/8” bearing from Simply Bearings at a price of £24.37 inc. VAT. I found I needed another couple of these a few days later and looked elsewhere and found them at £7.80 inc. VAT on BearingsRus website and ordered them plus a few others from this supplier. This makes the identical KSM bearing from Simply Bearings OVER 3 TIMES THE PRICE compared to one of their competitors which I consider outrageous. I was offered a £7.50 credit note as a “gesture of goodwill” – which I declined as I don’t plan on putting any more business with them and it only reduces the cost of their bearing to a bit over twice the price. So, the simple takeaway from this is: SHOP AROUND.”

Hi Richard, I really appreciate you taking my call today. First and foremost, I’d like to sincerely apologise for the issue you encountered with your recent purchase. After reviewing the calls, I completely understand your frustration regarding the pricing of our KSM Bearing. Upon thoroughly investigating the matter, we've identified that there was indeed a listing error, resulting in the bearing being priced incorrectly. The listing has now been updated to reflect the correct price, and I've asked our IT team to check the full range to ensure no further discrepancies. Additionally, I’ve arranged for our Accounts team to issue a full refund for your order. As a valued returning customer, I’m sure you’ll agree this isn’t representative of how we usually operate at Simply Bearings. Kind Regards Daniel Gowing

“Your service was out of this world. We ordered a 90"belt last thing on a Friday and it arrived on the Saturday morning. The people we spoke to were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Makes such a change to deal with such cheerful and helpful people. Thank you very much. We will certainly use you again.”
