“Problems crop up from time to time for every company, but I'm always less worried about the problem than how the problem is dealt with. My canvas looked exceptional when it arrived but unfortunately the varnish sealant could not have been applied correctly as some ink rubbed off. It was a large print so not cheap, but when i explained the issue to customer services there was no quibbling, just a promise to send a new canvas ASAP. ASAP turned out to be the next day and the new canvas is perfect. It really does make the room. (I'd definitely recommend the large panoramic Arcitect's Dream Blue). Many thanks to Phil and Connor for turning an unhappy customer into a happy one.”

“Overall I was pleased with the canvas, however there was a tiny (1cm) bit of tape on the canvas that when removed has left a little mark - which is a bit disappointing but liveable.”

“Our order was dispatched very quickly and when it arrived, the product was exactly as expected. The picture we'd chosen was high resolution and looks good on the wall. It didn't have any string to hang it by, which would have been useful, but that wasn't difficult to fix myself. The choice available on the website is huge, so big that some extra filtering options would be useful.”

“Prompt delivery and fantastic quality to print. Shame delivery company bashed the box considerably when labelled fragile! Luckily no damage to canvas. Looks beautiful.”

“The art canvas looks great on my kitchen wall, however, I have one criticism, on arrival, I noticed many circular smudges all over the print, I realised these marks were from the bubble wrap protection, so I tried wiping with a cloth that unfortunately ended up with it showing the frame imprint from the back.”
