“The picture was a gift but did not fit in with my decor so had to return it. However it was disappointing that I had to pay the return costs which cost over £13.00 there was a £6.99 shipping fee so in all it cost £19.99. If I buy in the future I need to know that I can make a return if the item is unsuitable without such a heavy financial penalty. I have other canvases that have been perfect. I like them very much but they do have to be seen in situ. My score relates purely to your shipping and return costs.”

“Order and delivery process was easy enough. Picture a good likeness to the website. Just a bit disappointed with the finish of the canvas onto the frame. Had to buy a staple gun specially as not enough staples in.”

“Absolutely love the print but suggest that fragile stickers are put on packing because it arrived quite damaged. The “bubble wrap” wrapped around the print should maybe of slightly better quality because there is a mark on the print.”

“The canvas was lovely (a bought a triptych) but was was dismayed the three canvases came with no fittings at all. I had to buy these separately. Including the fittings / hangings would have been a nice touch like other manufacturers I’ve bought from before. Other than this, everything else is great and delivery was prompt.”

“Item despatched in a timely manner and well packaged. If I'm honest I'm a bit disappointed, the surface is shiny, not matt which reflects from the window and loses colour. Also the canvas is a little baggy, and the reflection highlights this. There are one or two little areas where the print has missed. Nothing desperate but just minor detractions, and would portray better in a different location (my issue!)”

“I rang customer services after opening my wall art to advise that it was damaged. The young lady (Akeisha) I think was extremely helpful and asked me to email photos of the damage which I did. Once she had reviewed the photos she agreed that a replacement was needed and I am pleased to say that I received a new one yesterday which was perfect. Thanks for such great customer service and the speed of the delivery of the new one was amazing! Highly recommended.”
