“Loved the Poppy Canvas, one criticism, the canvas has not been stretched tight enough on one corner making it a bit loose, so that it pushes in like a bit of a bubble.”

“Ok for delivery times - but the quality of mounting on the frames should be improved. With the smaller picture the outline of the frame can be seen & on the larger picture there is some deformation / almost seeming to be a crease. I would have been quite happy to pay a few more pounds for them to have been mounted on a solid ply/fibre board - which would have removed the 2 problems highlighted. Also could you emphasise the point that no fixings are supplied - instead of having to discover this in the "small print" W L Dixon”

“I am please with the colours and the print, I am a little disappointed with the quality of the canvas I feel it is very thin and therefore you can see through it and the frame through it. Also the frame has made an impression on the canvas and it has been dented. I won't be ordering again.”

“Recieved canvas, packed well. There are several imperfections within the colours and to me it seems the canvas could have been stretched a little more. We have hung out of natural light so the marks are not seen so easily.”

“Arrived in good time and in good condition. Unfortunately the printing is very low-resolution and is only pleasing if viewed from a distance. To be fair, this is a large canvas and perhaps the problem doesn't arrise with smaller ones.”

“I am happy enough with the picture as it is for a bedroom but the quality isn't good enough to hang it in a main room. The picture repeated itself slightly at the side of the canvas making it look a bit cheap.”

“Canvas picture was exactly as described on website and I am happy with purchase. Delivery was made day after purchase. However, on reflection, the price paid (£49.00 excluding delivery of £10.00) was very high compared to similar recently purchased items from Dunelm. In addition, it was disappointing to note that no wall mounting fixings were supplied. Dunelm supply these with all their canvas art together with detailed instructions for installation. Further purchases from Simply Canvas will depend on much better value for money.”

“Picture was fine but took 4 days to arrive. If I hadn't chased it up it may of taken longer, I found it difficult to get through to customer service, phoned 4 times and on 3 occasions no one picked up the phone, I phoned in office hours.”

“Before I ordered I asked if it would arrive before the week end and was told should be there by Friday latest. As I was taking it to my son as a present that weekend as lives in Sussex. The delivery was not going to be made until Monday when informed by courier!! now had to pay £20 pounds to get it delivered. Very disappointed.”

“Ordering was very easy... And the order was processed and delivered very promptly. I love the artwork, however I was a little dissapointed with the quality of the frame. The frame is slightly twisted so the picture does not lay flat to the wall... Not what I would expect for £75”

“Easy to order although automated email message said they were closed for Christmas, despite it being the middle of February! I had to contact company after a couple of days as hadn't heard anything regarding processing of payment, but they responded swiftly and efficiently. Parcel delivered in good packaging.”
