“Very quick service. However I thought the canvas would be ready to hang, but it wasn't, which perhaps I misread on the website, there were no canvas brackets on the back of the canvas for hanging, unfortunately my local shops in town do not stock them, so ended up ordering some canvas fixing brackets via the internet! I would have happily paid a reasonable price from Simply Canvas for the canvas brackets if realised there were no fixings included. All said, the canvas is very good and would order from Simply Canvas again.”

“Item received had a minor tear in the canvas. Rather than go through the difficulties of return, I repaired the damage myself and informed Simply Canvas of the issue. Though I made no claim for compensation etc, they failed to even acknowledge my email. Very poor quality control and customer service.”

“Bought the canvas on line it's brilliant the service was very good sent me email when it was ready also sent another when it was dispatched which was only 48hrs the parcel came three day after ordering Very well packed even sent email to me when it was enroute and told me when would arrive Can't not fault the service from begging to end will certainly be ordering from them again 10/10 on every aspect from a very happy buyer thanks”

“Canvas not quite as bright as it looked online but still looks good. Did think the postage was a bit expensive but it was tracked and delivery was fast. Packaged well. Would buy from Simply Canvas art again.”
