“After wasting more than a week trying to get O2 and Samsung to unlock our phone with no success, Simply Unlocked sent us the correct codes and simple instructions on how to get the phone back within 3 hours. “Great service, instant order acknowledgement along with constant progress updates via email and text, they unlocked my phone within 2 hours even though this was over the weekend and I was expecting it to happen on Monday. “These guys were super efficient! Unlocked my phone within 15minutes! I was going to have to wait up to 3 weeks for my network to send me the unlock code or €30 in a local phone repair shop where they said they couldn't guarantee the code would work! I found these guys online but was sceptical about being ripped off but read the reviews and decided to go with them which I am so glad I did! Thank you simplyunlocked :)”

“Vodafone had given me an incorrect NUC code on 3 separate occasions. Resulting in me needing a master unlock code. After hours every other day on the phone for over a month they still couldn't give me the code and kept having go fill in a supposed form and would always give me a 48hr time scale. After a bit of research i found this company. I rang simply unlocked and explained my situation as i was worried that if Vodafone couldnt get the codes then how could a random company online. He was very understanding, explained what i needed to do and reassured me that i will get a code but if not then a refund would be issued. I was given a time scale of 4-8hrs and to my amazement i received them in 3hrs. Both of the codes worked and i now have full use of my phone again. After all the stress and inconvenience vodafone had caused, i really wish i knew about this company before. Thank you”

“We spent the best part of 2 weeks being batted backwards and forwards between O2 and Samsung with everybody listening in confusion as though they had never encountered such a thing as a frozen phone. We had the same NUC code ad nauseum from O2 which never worked. They had no idea what to do next and are still cogitating about how to wriggle out of this problem. We contacted Simply Unlocked and within 3 hours they had sent down the correct codes with simple instructions on how to unlock the phone. It worked perfectly and within 5 minutes the phone was unlocked and working. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Well done. It really does work.”
