“Not for busy small business owners! It was easy to take the insurance policy online. Try to make some changes now! It doesn't have any online system to administer the policy AND they reply to your request in 2 business days - you`ve got to call them and hang there until they do their admin jobs. AND - obviously - you can't do anything on the phone if you aren't the business owner - not even just to prepare the provisional changes for the business owner to approve at their convenience. Worst choice so far. You`d be better off choosing more expensive BUT online service.”
