“I wouldn't bother I was customer for 12 years then I introduce my son and get him exactly same policy only to find out his is 3 times cheaper the mine and you couldn't even give me decent answers why. Seems like they give u cheep insurance first year then just keep putting it up. They tryed telling me it was no them it was insurance compony turns out they own the insurance company anyway. beware”
“Not for busy small business owners! It was easy to take the insurance policy online. Try to make some changes now! It doesn't have any online system to administer the policy AND they reply to your request in 2 business days - you`ve got to call them and hang there until they do their admin jobs. AND - obviously - you can't do anything on the phone if you aren't the business owner - not even just to prepare the provisional changes for the business owner to approve at their convenience. Worst choice so far. You`d be better off choosing more expensive BUT online service.”
