“We enjoyed the holiday but only after the hotel moved us to a hotel that met the need we specified as essential for my wife. My wife is disabled and needs a separate bed with a walk in shower. We also requested a balcony as she needs periods of quiet.
The hotel booked for us did not have any such rooms. Only after wasting a hour in the early morning did the hotel offer to move us to another hotel that meet our needs. Albeit a different room for the first night.
After spending time and phone calls to your staff making sure our needs could be met did we place the booking.”
