Although a mix-up of some sort resulted in me only receiving the case at first, I received the requisite dice within a week at no additional charge. The customer service was friendly and understanding, and I don't hold this instance against them at all.

“I bought 7 blind bags of dice. One for each member of our party (including one for myself). So far none of them have been duplicate sets, however the loose dice have been really similar. All of us got the same exact metal D20 save for one guys getting the same style, just in a different color. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they got and I couldn’t be happier. Of course with blind bags duplicates are to be expected, but that’s part of the fun.”
