Bought a d100 with a bunch of imperfections, and the customer services never got back to me for 3 weeks now.

Ordered two mystery dice sets and got the same pink complete set in each. Avoid like the plague.

Fairly excellent service, and the dice aren't bad. My only complaint is that it feels the mystery sets are an excuse to clear the shelves of the "ancient bone" dice, or whatever they're called, as the process of painting the texture makes them look worn in a cheap way.

TL;DR I wanted to support Skullsplitter. However these dice were lighter, had less visual depth in their patterns, and factoring in shipping and the exchange rate were more expensive than the dice I could have gotten at my local hobby shop. I'm not upset that I spent this money, however I don't think I'll be spending more. Pros - People at the company are very nice and responsive to customer support. - Some patterns like the ANCIENT TREASURE dice look quite nice. - The metal d10 I received felt and looked like a premium product. Neutral - The additional dice that came with the random bag felt thoughtless. A plain beige d10 with black numbers, a plain orange d6 with white pips, a plain black d8 with white numbers, a plain blue d4 with white numbers... Just not memorable, flashy, or different to the point that I'd think that only Skullsplitter could provide those. - The primary set I got was the Purple Marbled polyhedral set. The marbling was flat to the point I thought I received a plain set of purple dice until I got them into a proper light. Viewing the photos on the website the dice actually look better in person but again didn't wow me. Cons - The dice are light to the point that you don't need a scale to compare them against Chessex dice. This may seem like a boon to some people, but more often than not people I've lent them to assumed they were cheap or had issues due to their light weight. - One of two Purple Marbled d20s I've received seems to not be weighted correctly, on the first ten rolls 17 came up three times and it continues to be a regular appearance. The die somtimes will hop straight up and lose forward momentum, where the "regular" d20 continues rolling forward.

There were three things wrong with this product. The first was that a hair had gotten under the clear coating and now creates a bump on the lid. The second is that somehow the metal dice I put in formed divets in the bottom of the case (not sure how the flat side of a d12 does that). Third is the lid scrapes the side of the case scratching the paint right off (pic in link https://imgur.com/Xzz2FIE)
