Clearly offer a 5 year warranty.
They are not responding to 3 messages via the ebay messaging system, 3 direct emails, one email from ebay, and their phone only has a recorded message which SAYS TO email.
This company has no intention in responding to the warranty claim! That is against Ebay rules and trading standards. I want my money back from them as they have not upheld their part of the deal!

“Hi, I was supposed to receive an item around the 30th of August, but I didn't. When I messaged the seller for the first time, on the 5th of September they told me due to the Royal Mail strike, deliveries were delayed. Fine, no problem.
Today, the 21st of September I contacted them again and received a call from someone called Ashley, very rude telling me that Royal Mail tried to deliver it ONCE but I wasn't home. He said that if I placed an order, I should stay home and wait for it (even though the orders were delayed. I had no idea of when they would arrive! So how could I guess, and not leave the house?!). He said that I wasn't going to have the money back because I didn't wait for it.
Thankfully I paid with PayPal and they are sending me a refund already.
I wasn't home and never received any information about the item. I asked for tracking information and wasn't given either.
No info, no item and they were refusing to send me the money back.
It actually made me laugh. Unbelievable.”
