“Had a lovely holiday with my family in August. The service We received was excellent .It was very easy to contact the team who were always courteous and helpful. The house was as good as advertised if not better. Lovely touch of a sponge cake waiting for us would have been good to have had a bottle of milk in the fridge so that we could have had a cuppa to go with it on arrival especially as tea and coffee was provided and we had quite a while before our pre-booked delivery arrived. Would definitely recommend Sleeps 12.”

“This summer I was struggling to secure a holiday home for the 12 of us and I stumbled across sleeps 12. From day one they were the most helpful agent I think I have ever dealt with. Their warmth and excellent customer services excelled anything I have ever experience and I really felt that they all really cared about me and my family. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and I would definitely use them again. 5 stars all round ! Jenny Ireland and family”

“Whole process from initially booking through to time of visit was handled by Sleeps12 very efficiently, and any questions swiftly dealt with. If they didn't have immediate answer, they promised to find out and come back to me asap, which they did. Would recommend and use again.”

“We have had 3 holidays with Sleeps 12 and have always been very happy with the houses we have rented, the helpfulness of people in the office and the locations that we chose. This years choice ( Fuzzy Orchard) was exceptional. Wonderful surroundings, every room so well looked after and every amenity you could wish for. We are a family with mixed ages from 80 down to 14. Thank you to everyone involved.”

“Absolutely recommend Sleeps12.com. We had an amazing family holiday with 15 of us staying at Pound Farm in Somerset. It was a beautiful house with swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. The owners James and Kate were very welcoming and even baked a beautiful lemon drizzle cake for our arrival. Would 100% recommend staying here.”

“A Professional approach to organising our weekend away, with a high level of propoerties in the South West. This was our second time using Sleeps12. Enjoyed our weekend at Croftview and have already rebooked again for 2023 (no availability in 2022!!!)”

“"The best holiday I have ever had!" is what our 10 Year old grandson said about the property. Amazing facilities - perfect for an extended family holiday - with a range of ages. The kids absolutely loved the pool - depth was safe, which made it even more fun. Close to lots of places of interest. Will be back!”

“What can I say? Everything was as advertised The property itself was great and the peace and quiet wonderful.Family made good use of the pool,hot tub and sauna. The table football and pool table provided hours of entertainment for the grand children and ,it should be said,for my son's in law. Ashley was marvellous,unobtrusive,but available if needed,and the welcome cake was fantastic. Our beagle was fascinated by the robot lawnmower and spent ages barking at it and chasing it around the grounds.”

“We have used sleeps12 twice now to stay at Holemoor Stables for a big family reunion. If this is representative of all the sleeps12 properties, you cannot go wrong, it was perfect. The sleeps12 website gives you all the info and pictures you need to make a decision, with nothing hidden, and the property exceeds all expectations - very clean, well equipped, beautiful and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The sleeps12 staff answered questions quickly and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties.”
