“We stayed at Berry House and it was ideal for our large family holiday. There was plenty of room for us all and the pool was really enjoyed by adults and children alike. The outside space was ideal for barbecues and the aga in the kitchen was well used. A lovely house in a lovely location We could not have asked for anything better from Sleeps12. Would recommend them to friends and family”

“We loved the historical character of the house - it was also very spacious for the ten of us. The Jacuzzi was a hit and we appreciated the games room during a wet morning. Lovely to be able to hike out directly from the house to nearby NT Dumpdon Hill Fort. Finally I must mention the lovely gift of a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate my 80th Birthday!”

“Sleeps 12 are a fantastic company and provided great service. We had the most amazing holiday at one of their properties, Fuzzy Orchard. The property itself is beautiful, it is immaculate and has everything you need. The pool is fantastic and the kids spent many hours in there, they loved it. The hot tub is great and the bbq hut is a fantastic entertaining space. The grounds are beautiful too, from the huge garden with all the play equipment to the drive up surrounded by beautiful countryside and immaculately kept. It really is idyllic with an abundance of wildlife which we really loved to watch. The owner, Ashley was so helpful, we were delayed and had a shopping order arriving and he took that in for us and put it away and when we arrived there was a lovely homemade cake left for us which was delicious. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, we honestly could not fault anything! Thank you sleeps 12 for an amazing holiday.”

“We enjoyed another good visit to Garden Court and met the owner, Jake for first time, as last year we were more restricted by Covid regulations. The weather was not kind, but we managed one BBQ then ate indoors as the rain returned. With a pool house concealed by the stunning, mature garden, the weather didn't matter at all, and the games room was another happy distraction for the grandchildren. This section of our family love meeting at Garden Court and enjoying a happy staycation in the lee of the beautiful Box Hill which appears almost like an extension of the garden.”

“Stayed in Thorncombe for 4 nights last week age ranges from 3 up to 90, we were all very impressed with the property. The living room was nice and spacious and the sky tv was an added bonus too. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were well made up exactly as requested and all nice and clean. One small point to be aware of, the weather was quite nice when we stayed, the three upstairs bedrooms were extremely warm even with all the windows open, it may be worth taking a fan with you if you're going to be staying those rooms. The pool was fantastic, despite the pool room getting warm when the windows and doors were shut, the pool itself was a lovely temperature. Taunton is about a 20 minute drive away and if you needed most things you'd find them there. We were very impressed with Thorncombe and will certainly look to return.”

“Excellent communication from day 1 from all the girls at Sleeps12 and from Simone the housekeeper. Ramscombe House was ideal for our 11 adults & 3 children - lovely place and no complaints or issues raised. The following 2 nights were recommended on the Sleeps12.com website: Gayla Stewart cooked restaurant quality meals for 14 people in the house which was superb food - she and Mollie were very friendly and seamlessly efficient throughout! Jon Sebbar gave us a great night with his Cocktails & Games - everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail making experience and laughs. Cannot fault anything at all during our 4 day break. Overall I would definitely recommend Sleeps12.”
