I order a sofa bed about a month after the end of the lockdown and the customer service, communication, and delivery were excellent. I was concerned that due to the travel restrictions and situation, in general, there could be many problems but it was all perfect.
Special mention to Marcin from the customer service team who was always really responsive and helpful.
