I got my couch 3 years ago, and was really happy with it, I even bought the insurance proposed by the store. After a while the foam on the seating area became less and less firm, now I sit on a very expensive piece of wood covered with beautiful fabric. I contacted the Small Space Plus, and their answer was to call the insurance service, I call the insurance service and they said that they don’t cover the poor quality of the foam, I contacted again the customer service of Small Space Plus more than a moth and a half ago, and I’m still waiting any response. I need to say, no kids or pets jumping on it, regular single adult use. Between the couch, insurance and extras, I ended paying CA$ 4000, a real scam!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Please please please do not consider this company for your purchase. They stole my moment. I was moving into my first condo and my experience, a happy moment was ruined because of this callous company. I went into the store and was helped by Kevin (run from him, he truly his soulless) I had my couch delivered, white glove service. They assembled and discarded of all the packaging. I am first time buyer and customer. No where was I told to check their website for their return policy. Why would I have to if I went into the store? When I recieved my couch, it was very uncomfortable. This was going to be a place I spend all my time. It wasn’t comfortable. I went to the store the next day and told Kevin. He said I would have to contact support. So I did, plus I spoke to live agents. I was told because the delivery people took the packaging I could no longer return it. I was begging, I called Kevin crying. For him to say “I should have checked the website” and hung up on me. They then emailed me me saying they are a transparent company but transparency to them means checking their website. How is it my fault when the drivers took the packaging?? They never said for me to keep it just in case. They just took it! Now I have this couch that I haven’t even sat on that is very uncomfortable and this is what I’m stuck with. I work in retail. This was by far the worse customer service. I was laughed at. Mocked at. There was no empathy. I was a first time customer, how was I supposed to know to check their website. This should have been told to me. So please, go to another company. There are many other companies. They do not care about customers. They are soulless. Edit: My own mother called to talk to the owner Joe who had the speech prepared and expected me to go into the dumpster to retrieve the boxes. The delivery people disassembled it out in my hall in which I didn’t even see and discarded it on their own. The owner, Joe then proceeded to hang up on my mother. I have filed a complaint with BBB and will be escalating this further. No person should go through the abuse we have gone through. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU CAN GET THIS STUFF ANYWHERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I've waited over a month for a refund. I've twice been told it would be dealt with - and still nothing. This business doesn't honour its refund policy. Beware.
