“I just failed the exam twice with a first score of 75 % and second of 78%. I am an average student who studies the material fully and understands the topic. Now I need to pay for the course again in order to take the exam, this feels like a scam. If we already paid for the material I don't want to pay again for the material I already have just to take the exam! We should get unlimited attempts at the exam until we pass with 80%.”
“For a person working/ volunteering at a golf course that has no connection to alcohol this is a ridiculous test. How about a seperate test for security types if you will?”
“Although after 21 years of having my Smart Serve I did learn a lot with the modules. I agree with everyone else that this may perhaps be a money grab. I literally kept getting 78% or 79%. Took me four tries until I finally got an 84% and passed. I studied so hard and I know after 21 years in the industry that I know this stuff. Not too sure why they make the question so hard, especially the pick all that apply questions.”
“I give a bad review because these days I have repeated the test more than once. always reaching 50/60%, I turned to the structure for help. without success, I honestly have no more intention of paying to lose more money without making you repeat the test for free. because here a person cannot continue to pay all the times, since it costs a little”
