“Ordered on the 25th Nov, chased up via social media on the 2nd December as no dispatch, again on the 4th December as still no dispatch and still no communication, then again on the 7th. Finally got told 5 days and I’d have it.
11th and it’s still not dispatched so clearly not going to be here. Have emailed again to chase up for further information but highly considering a chargeback request as clearly this company has banked the money with no plan to provide the goods before Christmas.
Currently wondering if they’re holding cash to show a good financial position on it for their year end given their year end is 28th December.
Won’t recommend this company and won’t be buying from again.”
