I was a victim of this scam, this company took my hard earned money, to be very honest it was not easy meeting different acclaimed recovery person for help to recover my money, as God may have it, I was lucky to meet Alex crypto FX at writeme DT com (he's email). Who helped recover my lost funds in just 48, I almost thought I have lost it all until I met him. I personally recommend him to you.

Had to take my elderly relative into branch to complete an account closure as she could not complete via telephone and does not use internet banking. Customer assistant in the branch transferred the bulk of the money but did not bother to close the account down even though this was requested on the visit.

Oh my goodness, it seems unbelievable but I just got my deposit back with the help of Rose, she is very reliable. At first I thought it was not possible and that it was a scam, but to my world I got my money back in less than 72 hours. In the process of moving my funds away from barclays since they've closed my local branch. In addition, the behaviour towards customers that I've witnessed in branch has been nothing short of staggering. They clearly hate their customers. They also sent me over a decade of sensitive data that I never asked for. Dumped it on my doorstep from where it was stolen, then refused to accept accountability. I cannot bank with a company that is so negligent with my data. Also refused to refund me after I was scammed by a rogue seller on scamazon. So it's bye bye barclays.

I’ve been with Barclays for over 10 years. I have always received a great, accessible service with support on how to manage my money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Corrupt to the core. I was the victim of a disability hate crime at the hands of Amir Ahmed who refused to serve me because of my disability. Barclays is protecting this employee by refusing to respond to a SAR for the CCTV footage. They also lied on his behalf despite obviously having reviewed the footage- which corroborates my statement. If they lie to protect a disability-phobic employee, what else do they lie about?

Employee refused to serve me because I have a disability that prevents me covering my face. Made a formal complaint of Disability Discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. No response in 6 weeks. Also made a subject access request for the CCTV footage so that I can pursue legal action. Statutory deadline has passed and they have failed to respond. Reported to the OIC. Apparently Barclays protects disability-phobic employees.

As a former premier banker 9mg my Manchester line.manager Chris sold.me.out as in the hoc by Manchester contact centre close. As a global banker I can say...lower standards,,not worth any progression..much better being a you tube influencer than work for em

Multiple times I rang and around 3 hours at a time. Eventually spoke to a lady who was so rude and arrogant. I gave example of other banks then she says we are not them but my question is if they answer within 30 minutes then why cant you at least in an hour? When I complained about this she disgraced me by suggesting I am after compensation. What?

As a customer for over 50 years, I can honestly say they have gone downhill at a fast rate of knots over the years. My current complaint involves their inability to supply a yes or no answer. Im so annoyed with them, Ive just fired off a complaint to their CEO.

Having supplied all the required information after my mother passed away, they lost all the records and I had to start again. Blamed on "system error" so not their fault apparently.

Barclays UK is absolutely the worst bank I have never seen. Their banking online is a king of torture. They block your account for any reason just to keep your money hold by the bank for many weeks in name of cybersecurity. I closed my account for the mediocre quality of service and the incompetent employees of this miserable bank.
